A deserted amusement park won't generate much revenue, but in Park Empire, that's where it all begins. You take over a small park, open your first attractions, and gradually transform your earnings into facilities, rides, and new revenue streams.

When The First Visitors Arrive

The first few minutes are quiet. Some visitors enter the park and pay their tickets and start to use the existing attractions. Your initial earnings will come from the Shooting Gallery and Ferris Wheel, which should give you enough capital to upgrade further.

Remember, just when the park gets bigger, it doesn’t necessarily mean that money becomes more valuable. It changes how you use it. You can’t just keep adding additional attractions. You have to think about capacity, operating speed and ticket pricing to get the most out of your existing client base.

The Park Begins To Function As A System

With the increasing number of visitors, a few attractions will not be adequate to support the expansion. At this point, the park needs more different features:

FeaturesDetailed ContentBenefits For Players
Shooting Gallery, Ferris WheelInitial attractions generating revenueProvides the first source of park income
Roller CoastersExpanding entertainment optionsSupports the park as it grows
Water RidesAdding new types of entertainmentProvides more options for visitors
Haunted HousesAdding attractions to the parkExpands the range of available activities
Food StallsGenerating revenue from park visitorsCreates additional income beyond attractions
Souvenir ShopsExpanding shopping optionsAdds another source of visitor spending
Parking Lots, Ticket BoothsSupporting a growing number of visitorsHelps the park handle increased visitor traffic

Besides the areas that generate revenue directly, security guards and ride operators also contribute to maintaining operations. Restrooms, parking lots, and ticket booths may seem less appealing than Roller Coasters, but as the park grows, they become essential links.

Don't Upgrade Habitually

Each attraction can be improved in three main areas: capacity, turnaround speed, and ticket price. This is where the managerial part of the game becomes most visible.

If visitors have to wait too long, making the service faster can make the system more efficient. If the attractions are frequently at their service limits, then raising capacity makes more sense. Another method is to increase ticket costs once visitor numbers have stabilised.

Don't always spend money immediately. Saving capital for a crucial item can sometimes help the park progress faster than constantly upgrading minor things.

Unexpected High Visitor Numbers

Advertising campaigns create another way to boost revenue. A well-planned campaign can increase visitor numbers in a short period. This is when upgraded attractions have a chance to operate at higher capacity.

Once the park reaches a certain size, prestige opens a new growth cycle. You can redesign the park to receive Golden Tickets, permanent earnings multipliers, and reach larger destinations.

Park Empire's controls are fairly simple, with Left Click + Drag for interaction and a Mouse Scroll Wheel for zooming in or out. The real challenge lies in deciding where to spend your next coin to transform a small park into an ever-growing entertainment system.
