Paint Hide & Seek is an innovative camouflage hide-and-seek game that tests players’ ability to blend into their environment, using cleverness, perception and tactics. You can alter your colours, paint your character, and achieve ideal concealment amid objects, walls or details on the terrain, instead of merely finding a place to hide.
Paint Hide & Seek is a thrilling game of wits between the hider and the hunter, which features a concealment mechanism employing colour, unlike typical hide-and-seek games.
Each round will begin with some players being hiders and some players being hunters. The hider has to swiftly learn the surrounding region, pick a good place, and utilise their painting skills to blend themselves in with the environment.

Meanwhile, hunters cannot merely run about the map at random. They have to be tuned for the minor things, such weird colours, out-of-place objects, or strange movements.
In Paint Hide & Seek, players are randomly assigned to either the hider team or the seeker team each round.
Phase 1: Find a Location And Paint. You are given a limited amount of time (most of the time 180 seconds) to run around the area and pick an optimal spot. Perhaps a corner of a wall, a piece of furniture, a pattern on the floor. Then use the paint pallette to paint yourself so you perfectly "blend" in with the background. Go for huge, consistently coloured walls. The yellow wall in the Backrooms map and the grey rock on the Island map are two of the best, for example. Never underestimate the 'hide right in front of you' technique – apparent areas are sometimes the safest because no one expects it, like the main stage on the Party map.
This is a fantastic instrument. Rather than selecting colours manually, just use the pipette to choose any object or surface and your character will instantly take on that colour with exact precision.
Don't just stand there! Switch between squat, T-Pose or lying down poses by using function keys. This disrupts the body contours and gives you greater mix with the landscape.
Your biggest weapon is patience. If you are camouflaged and still, just stay cool and watch the seeker walk by.
